  • Professional Practices

    This course explores all of the ways artists can achieve creative and professional success through the worlds of Grants, Galleries, Publishing, Technology, Education and less traditional fields such as architectural installations and community creative projects. The students leave the course with all of the initial materials needed to pursue a profession in the graphic arts, galleries, grants, staff jobs and education. The course teaches illustrators how to earn a living, including legal, financial and negotiation techniques. Emphasis is on promotion and portfolios.

  • Computer Graphics

    Academic course focusing on computer graphics art history and the variety of techniques, systems and approaches and job markets that professional artists use while working with computers (including animation, performance art, print illustration, gallery exhibits, mixed media, interactive media and software) 1987-88
